Our services are prompt with care taken to maximize efforts for preventive maintenance as against the usual trend of reactive maintenance. This will mitigate any additional financial burden our clients have to bear due to negligence. Our clients will also have the added benefit to access their records at any time through our My community portal and mobile application. Also, the committee members will posses the right to screen the invoices and approve them above a certain threshold, thus, helping them in being aware of the funds and their allocation.

Listed below are the primary services provided by us to our clients. At Savaa we try to minimize your expenditure and maximize your comfort. 

  • Conducting an Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting as per law. 
  • Preparation of agenda and distribution of notice and minutes of meetings for the Strata Plan
  • Timely preparation and maintenance of the Statement of Financial Records.
  • Carry out negotiations and liaise with contractors on behalf of the Body Corporate.
  • Undertake repair and maintenance activities from time to time.
  • Preparation of bye-laws and issuance of notices as per section 45.
  • Other services such as attend hearings or meetings with engineers, accountants, lawyers.
  • Any ancillary services that can be provided by the managing agent as discussed upon with the Strata committee.
