Renovation Application

In most strata schemes, owners need to obtain the approval of the strata committee or owners corporation before they can carry out any renovations to their lot. This is to ensure that the renovations do not impact the safety or enjoyment of other owners or residents.

You can submit a renovation application form online or by mail. The online form can be found on this page. The mail-in form can be obtained from our office or by downloading it from our website.

Once we have received your application, we will review it and decide whether to grant or deny your approval. We will then send you a written decision.
